Today on the best fitness podcast, The Body Project Podcast turns two years old!
I starting this podcast wanting to share how transformative fitness has been for me- not just physically, but fitness has been a powerful point of where I have been empowered to elevate all aspects of my life.
From that my podcast vision has grown to share the stories from the industries top fitness and movement professionals on how they support their clients to live their best lives from fitness as the access point.
I am humbled and grateful for all the support over the years- the tens of thousand of downloads and listeners to date that have shared their inspiring stories, struggle and triumphs.
I’m not completely clear the direction of the podcast for this year, but I do know that since the start of COVID-19, and the pause of the world to pay attention to more than health but equality, inclusion and accessibility, I am certain that health being our wealth and fitness empowering people is more relevant now than ever before.
