I would love to know what physical, or other challenges that you’re struggling with that get in the way. Or if you have any insight on a grade 2 Spondylolisthesis with Spinal Stenosis as well as having a knee with no cartilage…
I do however believe that the body is resilient and that physicality builds a strong foundation for whatever life does throw at you.
I am grateful that my body is strong and that my path has been one through fitness and movement- I’m just trying to navigate the lessons of why my body is not one of injury free despite my mindful movement and intention to be a strong example….
