As pandemic restrictions are starting to lift, your health and safety during your training session is of the utmost importance. I am only offering outdoor, one-on-one training sessions or two-on-one sessions to honour physical distancing rules (6 feet apart) during your session.
Outlined below are the standard infection control protocols that I implement for all outdoor sessions to keep you safe during our time together.
INFECTION CONTROL PROTOCOLS
Before starting any disinfecting, I wash my hands thoroughly with soap and water, or with hand sanitizer.
I then disinfect all the equipment for your session with Lysol wipes to sanitize all touch point surfaces.
Once disinfected, I will not be touching sanitized equipment until our session is completed.
All equipment used is thoroughly disinfected after each training session.
Please bring your own water, towel and yoga mat.
Please disinfect your hands with hand sanitizer when you arrive, as well as when you leave.
You do not require a mask during our sessions as we will honour physical distancing throughout our time together. Please let me know if you have any questions at all.
PLEASE NOTE
Please complete a self-assessment of
1) how you feel and if you are experiencing symptoms of a fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty of breathing or have a sore throat or runny nose,
2) if you have traveled outside of Canada in the past 14 days,
3) have been in contact with someone who has or a probable case of COVID-19.
If any of the above are true, please cancel your session.
You will not be charged for short notice cancellation.
