Reset Shake: Green Shake Challenge


We are in the midst of a RESET CHALLENGE on The Body Project Podcast where we speak about how to RESET your nutrition, mindset and workouts during this uncertain time. 

I believe that it is never to late to reset and about how you can reset your diet, how you can reset your mindset and how you reset your fitness even when you’re not motivated.

My clients often ask me how can I lose weight quickly, or what should I eat to lose weight? what should I eat to improve my energy?  Everyone want to know how to lose weight quickly and how to lose 5 lbs with a green shake.  

There is no magic pill or answer, but I have been running this Green Shake Challenge for years and it has been a powerful adjunct to training my clients and them getting weight loss results.

The simple recipes inside the Green Shake Challenge have proven to be an easy way for people to add in a healthy green shake every day to shift the way they nourish their bodies. This recipe I’m sharing today is a great shake to make if you want a quick easy way to reset your nutrition and energy.  This is also a great way to make a thick protein shake that is delicious and nutritious.

TODAY’S RECIPE: This is how you make a thick protein shake
1 cup almond milk or regular milk
1 cup ice
1.5 Scoops of Age Quencher REJUVENATE PROTEIN
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup frozen organic berries
1/2 Fresh Avocado
