Q: Do I have access if I bought another Program?
A: No. This 100 Day Protocol requires a new purchase. This is a new program and experience.
If you've completed a 100 day, you have lifetime access.
Q: Do I have to join a gym or buy any equipment?
A: No. This program was designed so that you can do it anywhere- from home, your cottage, the beach. You can use weights for some of the exercises to add resistance, but it isn not necessary.
Q: Will I get bulky? I don't want to be too muscular!
A: This program is focused on burning fat and maintaining muscle mass. You will get toned and tighten various areas of your body, but this will NOT bulk you up
Q: I just turned 54. Am I too old for the program?
A: I have worked with many women in the 50's that have taken on a program like this for the first time. They have attained incredible results. Women who are over 45 tend to benefit greatly from the trifecta of fitness, nutrition and mindset. . You can too.
Q: I'm lactose intolerant. Can I still do the 100 Day Protocol?
A: Yes. This plan is mostly dairy free and other options are always available.
Q: I'm a picky eater. I can't eat wheat or gluten. Will this protocol work for me?
A: Yes. Gluten intolerance is common and we can absolutely navigate putting together a meal plan that works for you and suites the way you eat. The food choices can be altered.
All supplements I recommend are gluten free also.
Q: Will this work for vegetarians?
A: The program was designed specifically for non-vegans however we have had much success with vegan and vegetarian adaptations.
Q: Is this Kosher or Halal Friendly?
A: The program can accommodate all religious nutrition considerations
