About the journal

My name is Catherine Tanaka. I am a fitness and mindset coach and the host and producer of The Body Project Podcast. I specialize in supporting busy women become the best, most confident and empowered version of themselves using fitness and mindset practices.This journal was inspired by my clients, and created for my clients as a way for my them deepen their connection to themselves, practice being more mindful and to cultivate an empowered mindset. I believe that we have the privilege and get to be active in creating a life that we truly love; including loving who we are in all part of life.My intention and hope is that it will serve you well.
