This One-on-one approach is a customized assessment and directives for those who are ready to step into their most confident, healthiest, most self-assured self. Using Functional Nutrition and Functional Fitness, this comprehensive package support you in up levelling where you currently are, to an optimal version of yourself.
This is the most comprehensive way that I offer my clients to get customized coaching and focused guidance to meet your needs.
The functional nutrition component will address your health goals while identifying the root causes of your hormones, digestion and nutrition challenges, allowing us to develop a personalized health plan to support optimal energy, health and balance in your life.
The fitness coaching provides custom guidance to enhance your health and fat loss success in conjunctions with your nourish plan.
All programs include personalized nutrition, personalized fitness outline, lifestyle support, and a customized supplement protocol for optimal health and well-being.
Minimum four month commitment.
All new clients will require functional lab testing.

- One month access to the Metabolic Mastery Membership (June 2024)
- Will require blood labs via either your physician or comprehensive labs we order. (Additional cost with labs)
- This option is a one time snap shot of where you are now and what you can implement on your own hereafter.
